Tina Turner gave up her American citizenship in 2013 to become Swiss, three (3) months after marrying Erwin Bach.

Tina Turner was born in Brownsville, Tennessee, United States of America (U.S.A.), on November 26, 1939, as Anna Mae Bullock.

Her father was a sharecropper, and her mother did odd jobs.

For the most part, it was a time in the United States (U.S.) where segregation was prominent.

Tina Turner died on May 24, 2023.

It is believed that Tina Turner’s long illness – high blood pressure, intestinal cancer, stroke, and kidney disease may have been the cause of her death.

Tina Turner did receive a kidney transplant from her husband Erwin in 2017.

Switzerland’s President Alain Berset tweeted that the world has lost an icon.

Oak Ridge, Thompson’s Station, and White House were among the metros with the slowest growing house sales prices from seven percent (7%) to under ten percent (<10%).

Memphis, Knoxville, and Nashville are considered some of the top cities in Tennessee, United States (U.S.).

The Tennessee housing real estate market is considered a seller’s market due to the low supply of homes and increased demand.

As the job market is predicted to get better in Tennessee, and especially in major cities, there will continue to be demand for housing.
